WHAT: Open dress rehearsals for accredited media of the 16th Annual PBS National Memorial Day Concert. (The concert will be broadcast live on PBS from the West Lawn of the U.S. Capitol on Sunday, May 29, 2005 from 8 to 9:30 p.m. ET, check local listings).

WHERE: U.S. Capitol, West Lawn, in front of the stage.

LIVE FEED: Pool members -- CNN, CBS, NBC, FOX and ABC -- are invited to use the live program feed available at Verizon’s AVOC pool switch Source Port 17 by calling the Fox (pool chair) assignment desk at 202-824-6369. The assignment desk will make the feed available on Saturday, May 28, 19:45 -- 22:00 EDT (full dress rehearsal) and Sunday, May 29, 20:00 -- 21:30 EDT (live broadcast). All media are welcome to receive the concert on PBS’s schedule X which can be found on IA 6 (the old Telstar 6), C-Band Transponder 8. This service is an unencrypted analog clear feed. Additionally, a mult feed will be available from the production truck on site. The maximum footage allowed for use is 3 minutes and the video credit is National Memorial Day Concert/PBS.
