CybeRelease: (OTC PK: USTA) Intends To Spinoff Subsidiary


(CybeRelease, February 8, 2007) - Lake Harmony, PA US Starcom (OTC PK: USTA) announced that it has signed a letter of intent with its independent subsidiary, Infinite Technology Group, dba US Starcom Technologies, for the spinoff of the subsidiary, which will now be called Relativity, Inc. This company will focus on IT infrastructure, security, risk management and cost reduction for the investment banking and private equity markets. The spinoff will occur, among other things, following the completion of several due diligence items. US Starcom will own 1.25 million shares of the new entity, which intends on becoming a public company over the next 6-12 months.
