Independent Research Firm Recognizes SAP as a Leader in Enterprise CRM Suites and as Offering a Complete Solution


WALLDORF, Germany - February 06, 2007 - Forrester Research, a leading independent research firm, has recognized SAP AG (NYSE: SAP) as a leader in The Forrester Wave™: Enterprise CRM Suites, Q1 20071 report, indicating that the mySAP™ Customer Relationship Management (mySAP CRM) application offers one of the most complete solutions.

Forrester evaluated the strengths and weaknesses of the top CRM vendors across 493 criteria grouped into three main categories: current offering, strategy and market presence. Out of the 13 vendors catering to mid-to-large enterprises with multifunctional offerings, SAP was named a leader for offering the most complete solution for deep industry functionality, scalability and global business process support.
