Holland Can Save Millions on Water Control
I have posted this letter all over as it is important, and could save lives. my father John Logi Baird who invented TV had the same problems in the fact that nobody responds.
At the moment the Dutch are relying on computers and back up computers with generators and back up generators!! to control water gates and barriers With my idea a hole in a wall at flood height allows water in when it rises which turns a wheel to lift or lower a gate. You have the power there WATER so use it.
It really requires no watching and little service. This will save millions in tax money!! But having taken the time to send mail to most water authorities in Holland I have received not one reply. Why do they not want to make there country safer and save millions of Euros???
