Adecco names Neil Lebovits Head of Global Business Line Finance & Legal

Zurich, Switzerland, January 16, 2007: Adecco, the world leader in human resource (HR) services, today announced the appointment of Neil Lebovits as the head of the Global Business Line Finance & Legal as of February 1, 2007. Finance & Legal is one of Adecco’s six global business lines that make up the professional staffing business of the company.

Jim Fredholm, former CFO of the Adecco Group and now head of the Global Business Line Finance & Legal will leave the company to further pursue his career in corporate finance. Jim was Group CFO of Adecco between 2004 and 2006 and assumed his current position after the reorganisation of Adecco in early 2006.

Neil (43), a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), started his career as an auditor with Ernst & Young. He joined Adecco in 1991 as a Branch Vice President. In his last role as the head of the North American professional staffing division, which he has resided over for the past 5 years, he has successfully built and grown the North American operations of the Finance & Legal Business Line.

Neil Lebovits will become member of the Executive Committee and will report directly to Adecco Group CEO Dieter Scheiff.
