Vodafone Extends the Scope of Its Framework Agreement with SAP as a Global Strategic Supplier

New York - January 15, 2007 - SAP AG (NYSE: SAP) today announces it has extended the scope of its 2005 Global Framework Agreement with Vodafone, the world’s leading international mobile telecommunications company to provide business applications and services, based on the SAP NetWeaver® platform and mySAP™ ERP (enterprise resource planning) to Vodafone operating companies worldwide.
