Molson Coors Brewing Company (MCBC) And AT&T Extend Relationship

San Antonio, Texas, December 20, 2006, AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T) announced today that AT&T has extended its relationship with Molson Coors Brewing Company (NYSE; TAP; TSX). The five-year contract provides MCBC with a global Virtual Private Network (VPN) to connect 50 corporate sites in North America and Europe. AT&T will also provide a centralized security complex that allows MCBC to increase its security profiles, enables real-time reporting, and minimizes risk associated with internal and external breaches of policy and security.

AT&T’s VPN service provides companies with a managed Internet Protocol solution with globally consistent features and functionality — reaching more than 60 countries — and minimizes the need to build and provide ongoing operational support for a company’s regional and global networks.

VPN is supported through AT&T’s state-of-the-art integrated Global Enterprise Management System (iGEMS), providing proactive end-to-end management of a company’s network and predicting and solving problems before they become evident. By utilizing the iGEMS management platform, AT&T evolves, designs, deploys, and manages customers’ VPNs with round-the-clock monitoring and near real-time reporting on the status of a company’s network and the performance of its applications.

AT&T’s VPN solutions are designed with four classes of service and speeds up to OC-3, providing a reliable, predictable and secure carrier-operated managed MPLS-based IP-enabled network that prioritizes traffic over a single infrastructure.
