Japan Venture Fund Group of Companies to Sue Triple i International Investments for Liable,Slander and Fraud

Mr. Victor Kobayashi stated today that “In Late September we called back a wire transfer of USD $520 Million USD due to a diligence report indicating the project of the above company (triple i) was False as well as information submitted about the promoter(s) including Mr. Barent Fake an Attorney and Board member of a Defense Intelligence Agency Contractor in the USA as well as other things”

“Mr Kobayashi further stated that the Planned Action is to join a Federal Action already filed by their Insurer International Underwriters, in the State of Florida Federal Court in counterclaim to their outragious statements about our firm and others as well as the face that our evedence is clear that they did attempt a clear attempted Fraud and this is the reason we cancelled the transaction”

“As a result of this transaction Mr. Kobayashi stated that Japan Venture Fund will not accept any further Project Finance Applications and will revert back to its normal investment managment activities at Tokyo Japan HQ)”
