WHO: Instructors for the seminar are:

-- Nancy Newman-Limata, CPA, former NYSSCPA president and a partner in the National Risk and Quality function of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. She serves as both a Risk Management and Assurance Policy partner. Her current responsibilities include consultation on general risk management issues as well as auditing and reporting issues.

-- Neville Grusd, CPA, is executive vice president of Merchant Factors Corp. and Merchant Financial Corporation, specialists in factoring and financing small and medium sized companies. He is a member of the NYSSCPA Board of Directors and has just been elected treasurer. Grusd is a member of the Financial Accounting Standards Board User Advisory Council.

Originally from South Africa, he has been in the finance and banking industry for 22 years. He is co-author of the textbook “Advance Accounting” and has written numerous articles for The Journal of Accountancy and The Secured Lender.
