Cooking Accomplished! Grand Opening and Holiday Open House

Lake Oswego, Oregon (December 2006): Cooking Accomplished! is hosting their grand opening and holiday open house at their new location at 6302 Meadows Road, Lake Oswego, Oregon 97035 on December 13th, 2006, 5:00-8:00PM.

The popular meal creation, cooking school, and event hosting location will celebrate with delicious samples of their December menu offerings, wine tasting, tours, demonstrations, and door prizes.

Cooking Accomplished! was launched to accommodate the demand for a meal preparation business featuring made from scratch ingredients, organic produce, all natural meats and sustainably harvested seafood. Customers are able to choose from a changing monthly menu, 6 or 12 entrees to feed 4-6 people each (smaller families often choose to package their meals into half sized portions). They choose a session time from a calendar on the website, www.cookingaccomplished.com , and then allow 1-2 hours to prepare 6 or 12 meals. Once they arrive for their scheduled session time, all the ingredients they need for those meals have been prepped by the chefs at Cooking Accomplished!

The intimate dining area, beautifully decorated “living room” area, and the granite topped demonstration cooking island were all designed to facilitate a variety of cooking classes and private events, in addition to the meal preparation sessions.

“People want to eat healthier, tastier meals, but often don’t have the time, the knowledge, or the confidence to change how they are eating.” Says Shelley McDaniel, owner of Cooking Accomplished! “We love watching people get excited about food through our cooking classes and meal creation sessions.”

After the grand opening, the festivities won’t stop at Cooking Accomplished! Watch for a variety of events throughout the year, including cooking demonstrations, guest chefs, wine tastings, and more.
