Motorola iRadio® Named Best Radio Service—Again—at 2006 Billboard Digital Entertainment, Media + Marketing Excellence Awards


Twice in a row, Motorola iRadio® sets the pace for innovation and user experience at the DEMMX awards hosted by Billboard® Magazine

SCHAUMBURG, Ill – 30 November 2006 – For the second consecutive year, Motorola, Inc (NYSE: MOT) iRadio® was named Best Radio Service at the 2006 Billboard Digital Entertainment, Media + Marketing Excellence Awards (DEMMX), held last evening in Los Angeles.

The award ceremony was part of the two-day Digital Entertainment, Media + Marketing Expo, hosted by Billboard® Magazine, Adweek, Brandweek, Mediaweek, and The Hollywood Reporter.

Motorola iRadio was recognized by an esteemed panel of judges from the entertainment and digital media industries. The service awarded “Best Radio Service (digital, Internet, satellite or other format) with respect to variety, innovation, and user experience.” Other finalists in this category included SIRIUS Satellite Radio and Yahoo!® Music.
