DUBAI, United Arab Emirates – November 30, 2006: For the 37th time, tens of thousands of avid, enthusiastic, loyal – and very passionate – rugby supporters will descend upon the Dubai Exiles Rugby Club grounds later this month to take part in what has time and time again been called the best sporting and social event in Middle East, and beyond.

From November 30th to December 2nd, close to 70,000 fans, over 160 teams and about 1,750 players are expected to convene in the heart of the region for this magical and truly exciting spectacle.
