Solteq expands its offering to Microsoft’s company software projects - Solteq acquires Tampereen Systeemitiimi

November 16th, 2006- Solteq Plc’s Board of Directors has decided on 15.11.2006 to accept a share purchase agreement between the company and Tampereen Systeemitiimi Oy’s owners. Through this agreement, Solteq acquires all the shares of software house Tampereen Systeemitiimi Oy from four persons who are its shareholders. Tampereen Systeemitiimi will transfer to Solteq’s ownership and become a part of the Group from 15.12.2006 onwards.

Tampereen Systeemitiimi is a software house founded in 1989, which is specialised especially in delivering solutions based on Microsoft’s ready-made software products for both wholesale trade and industrial companies. Through this acquisition Solteq expands its offering to Microsoft’s Dynamics company software products in addition to solutions based on its own and SAP products.

Tampereen Systeemitiimi’s managing director Paul Skogberg continues: ”Through Solteq we will receive more strength especially in sales and project resources which we need.”

Tampereen Systeemitiimi’s turnover for the period ended 31.3.2006 was 1,4 million euros and result was clearly profitable. The number of personnel is 11. The company’s clients include among others Slo Oy, Kiilto Oy, Toptronics Oy, Normark Suomi Oy, Pellonpaja Oy and Mansner Oy.

The sales price comprises of 222.224 Solteq’s new shares and 0,8 million euros in cash. In addition, the amount of the company’s cumulative equity in the company’s interim financial statements will be paid as sales price.

This acquisition does not affect the personnel of either company.
