TPSA is the technology professional services industry’s premier organization and the Summit, themed “Aligning Professional Services,” is focused on achieving total alignment between overall corporate strategy and the professional services strategy.

Kaisen will co-present with Dean McMann, CEO and Senior Partner, McMann and Ransford. He joins a prestigious roster of executive presenters including Michael Cusumano, Sloan Management Review Distinguished Professor, Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management; Thomas P.
