Avaya Global Services Vice President to Speak at Technology Professional Services Association November Summit
Ken Kaisen, vice president of Consulting and Systems Integration, Avaya Global Services will share insights on Transforming a Professional Services Business

TPSA is the technology professional services industry’s premier organization and the Summit, themed “Aligning Professional Services,” is focused on achieving total alignment between overall corporate strategy and the professional services strategy.
Kaisen will co-present with Dean McMann, CEO and Senior Partner, McMann and Ransford. Kaisen and McMann will discuss the transformation of Avaya’s Professional Services business. The presentation will cover the steps from skills and needs assessments and through the end phases of the transformation.

Kaisen was also corporate vice president, Information Systems and Technology-based Marketing for New England Business Services. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Renssalaer Polytechnic Institute.
