NetFront Surpasses Opera and ThunderHawk to Win Third Consecutive Best Software Award from Smartphone and Pocket PC Magazine

SUNNYVALE, Calif., November 2, 2006 – ACCESS CO., LTD., (TSE:4813) today announced that for the third consecutive year, the ACCESS NetFront™ Browser has been selected as the best mobile browser by Smartphone & Pocket PC magazine. ACCESS’ NetFront Browser v3.3 for Pocket PC with JV-Lite™ 2 was nominated to compete against nine other products -- including Opera 8.6 and ThunderHawk 2.0 -- in the Internet Browsers and Web Utilities category for Microsoft Windows Mobile-based devices.
