N-Focus Plus 1.2 helps contact center managers view and distribute detailed historical reports that can provide powerful insights into their operations and help them make timely, informed business decisions that improve performance. The application now is compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya Communication Manager 3.1.2, the company’s industry-leading IP telephony application, and with Avaya Call Management System 13.1, an application that provides the information and management tools businesses need to monitor and analyze contact center performance.
