TomTom Proposes Reappointment Jacqueline Tammenoms Bakker

TomTom today announces the nomination of Jacqueline Tammenoms Bakker for reappointment to its Supervisory Board for a second term of four years, which will be proposed for adoption by the General Meeting on 17 April 2018.

“In the past four years, Jacqueline has proven herself as a very valuable and committed member of the Supervisory Board and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee,” said Peter Wakkie, Chairman of the Supervisory Board. “I am thankful for Jacqueline’s commitment to serve for a second term and her constant contribution to the effective functioning and continuity of our board.”
