SysOpen Digia Plc has become the first Finnish partner to achieve “Microsoft Mobility” competence in the Microsoft Partner Program. SysOpen Digia has provided @Hand and PiccoLink Suite hand-held terminal solutions for more than 6,000 users in various customer companies.

Wirelessness is a vital aspect of making the distribution of company information as fast and uninterrupted as possible. Forming a part of the Microsoft Mobility solution, SysOpen Digia’s wireless products make it possible to use ERP, CRM and reporting systems independent of terminals.

“SysOpen Digia’s Microsoft Mobile solutions link wireless devices seamlessly with companies’ other information systems. With hand-held terminal solutions, the store personnel, warehouse workers, maintenance personnel and sales representatives will be able to carry out their daily tasks - such as product ordering, warehouse check-ins and inventories - using PDA devices. Wireless solutions help companies to enhance their customer service, expedite the delivery process and automatise their routine activities. We streamline our customers’ organisational processes and create competitive advantages with the aid of pioneering solutions”, says Industry and Trade division leader Juha Sihvonen.

SysOpen Digia’s wireless business solutions comprehensively cover the mobile needs of trade, logistics and industry. The Microsoft Mobility competence complements the solutions based on the Microsoft Gold Certified SysOpen Digia’s .NET architecture which cover all the essential Microsoft product areas and customer-specific solutions.

“Microsoft’s product range and SysOpen Digia’s expertise and hand-held terminal solutions support each other exceedingly well. By offering innovative wireless terminal solutions and business applications in partnership we support our customers’ goals for real-time business that is independent of location”, states Microsoft’s Steffan Schumacher.
