On the 10th AJC Decatur Book Festival, LitFire Publishing featured Sylvia Fields’s autobiography Everything Is Possible: A Nurse’s Memoir from September 2 to 4, 2016, at 101 E. Court Square, Decatur, Georgia.

Sylvia Fields is a daughter, mother, wife, friend, nurse, doctor, scholar, and educator. In the book, she shares her decades of experience in working at the health care industry and how each individual can shape a humanistic perspective—empathetic to life.

Sylvia Kleiman Fields studied nursing at Adelphi College and at Columbia University in New York and then earned her doctorate in education from Teachers College at Columbia University. Currently she is a member of the Memorial Hospital Institutional Review Board and is constantly focusing on the development of medical books and helping young educators develop research skills.
