Savannah, Georgia – WEBWIRE

“My stories were often unique experiences of how my career kept moving forward in a stimulating and satisfying way. Despite losses, I kept smiling and making new friends as the world changed for women. I am grateful for a fulfilling professional legacy that continues today,”

On the 10th AJC Decatur Book Festival, LitFire Publishing featured Sylvia Fields’s autobiography Everything Is Possible: A Nurse’s Memoir from September 2 to 4, 2016, at 101 E. Court Square, Decatur, Georgia.

Sylvia Fields is a daughter, mother, wife, friend, nurse, doctor, scholar, and educator. In the book, she shares her decades of experience in working at the health care industry and how each individual can shape a humanistic perspective—empathetic to life.

“My stories were often unique experiences of how my career kept moving forward in a stimulating and satisfying way. Despite losses, I kept smiling and making new friends as the world changed for women. I am grateful for a fulfilling professional legacy that continues today,” the author says.

From education to personal struggles, Everything Is Possible speaks with careful insight and utmost empathy toward every soul. A memoir has never been this selflessly written, on top of exploring the duality of personal and professional.

More than one thousand world-class authors and hundreds of thousands of festival-goers participated in the annual event, which hosted book signings, author readings, discussions and seminars, spoken poetry, and writing workshops.
