RecLand, the Duck Commander Endorsed Land Broker, works to broaden the rural real estate “Land“ book market

Pat Porter has written and published three land-related books in 2016 as an effort to add some depth to the overall real estate book market. “Rural real estate is a small niche,” Pat admits, “but there’s a world of relevant information people need to know about.”

With that, Pat is providing a “Week of Free Land Books” to give people an opportunity to look inside this specialized area of real estate. He will make two of his books avaviable for free ebook download November 1-8, 2016. One book will focus on buying different types of land, the second will focus on improving land to sell faster - or just improving it for future generations. 

Pat’s newest book “Land Buying Tips From the Pros - How to Buy Rural Real Estate” is a compilation of specific land buying tips from some top land professionals. It was released in ebook and print version in September of this year and will be available in audio version in November. Pat also provides a chapter in this book about some overlooked types of due diligence land buyers should perform before buying certain land tracts. “These guys aren’t offering theory in this book,” Pat says. “All the contributors put their money where their mouth is and are responsible for the sale of hundreds of millions of dollars of land across the country.” This ebook will be free for download on November 1-4, 2016.

This is Pat’s third published release of land-related material. His first book “How to Sell Your Land Faster - Proven Ways to Improve the Value & Desirability of Rural Land” was released in ebook, print and audiobook in June of this year. It will be available for free download on November 5-8, 2016.

Pat’s second book “The Stuff the Best Land Agents Do - And You Should Do Them, Too!” was released earlier this summer in ebook and audiobook.
