BEAVERTON, Ore., September 19, 2006 - Tektronix, Inc. (NYSE: TEK) will hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Thursday, September 21, 2006, at 10:00 a.m. Pacific, at the company’s headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon. The meeting will be hosted by Rick Wills, Chairman and CEO of Tektronix, who, along with the management team, will discuss fiscal year 2006 results.
