About the Author

Dr. Rosalie H. Contino, PhD acquired her degree in elementary education from Fordham University. She then earned her MA in educational theater and later a PhD in the same field from New York University.

Aside from teaching in the New York University, the author worked as a costume designer, costume consultant, and lecturer for productions and events. She currently lives in Brooklyn, New York.
