“The character development is brilliant, with each a personal life story of ups and downs. Most people face high school reunions with some trepidation and can relate to each person in the book.”

Roger Quam delves into the cultural differences of people and how different personalities clash in his book, The Blizzard.

The alumni of a senior high school class are invited to their first reunion. However, different problems arise as half of the class, living within the city of Mozart, gets into disagreements with the ones living in a nearby Hutterite colony. Not to mention, a blizzard hits the town and everyone is stranded. Divided by culture and traditions, will the class be able to fix unresolved problems or will they just create new ones?

Amazon reviewer Carlson Books says, “The character development is brilliant, with each a personal life story of ups and downs. Most people face high school reunions with some trepidation and can relate to each person in the book.”
