Despite her parents’ love and attention, she sometimes feels lonely. Whenever this happens, Jessie goes out to her father’s platform to look at the stars. One night, as she looks out into the night sky, Jessie gets transported into a magical place.
There, Jessie meets many strange creatures and goes on a journey to explore the magical world. Throughout her adventure, she experiences the freedom she has always wanted. She makes several friends and learns plenty of lessons from them. Dream of Tealan is a tale full of happiness and enchantment that young readers will enjoy.
Darlene Loguercio’s first children’s book, Dreams of Tealan, will be featured in the 2016 BookExpo on America, May 11 to 12 at the McCormick Place, Chicago, USA.
About the Author
Darlene Loguercio was raised in a small town in Massachusetts called Groveland. Before she retired, she worked as an occupational therapist for many years. Despite experiencing a heart attack at 41, she remains lively and energetic. She enjoys many water sports, such as scuba diving, parasailing, ocean kayaking, and many more. Darlene believes that the unexpected things should not stop one from living and enjoying life.
