About the Author

Andrew J. Boyd, a resident of Bradenton, Florida, was born in Cleveland, Ohio, and studied under Eastman Kodak Company for lighting, film manufacturing, and development. He has won numerous photography and art show awards throughout his career. Travel for companies has taken him to Europe, Japan, Brazil, and throughout the United States. After taking a long break from photography to work as an engineer, he returned to photojournalistic work for several magazines.
