About the Author

Huda Ayaz is a seventh-grader in Brooklyn, New York. Huda wrote Freeze-Land: A New Beginning, her first book, when she was still nine years old. She wrote her second book, Freeze-Land: Good or Evil, in the fifth grade; her third book, at the beginning of sixth grade; and her fourth book by the end of sixth grade. Now in seventh grade, she has completed her fifth book.

Huda came from a family of authors. She, her parents, and her sisters and brother have published their own books. Huda Ayaz has received several awards and citations from organizations and personalities, like Brooklyn borough president Eric Adams, Dr. Mathieu Eugene, the American Council of Minority Women, and many more.
