This book is all about the demands and compromises of corporate structures, the fallacies and betrayal of powerful people, and the struggles of a single woman fighting for recognition of her role and significance as a wife, mother, and homemaker.

With the intention of making a positive difference for all, Patti Zona writes a memoir that affirms all women. The Value of a Homemaker speaks of Zona’s journey as a woman with a longing to be valued.

Zona once dreamed of being a singer, dancer, artist, and missionary. She has achieved these in pigments throughout her life. She was compelled to write The Value of a Homemaker, her first book, her story, after getting divorced. She did it “for understanding and to make a difference.”

This book is all about the demands and compromises of corporate structures, the fallacies and betrayal of powerful people, and the struggles of a single woman fighting for recognition of her role and significance as a wife, mother, and homemaker.

Zona hopes that her book will be read with an open heart and mind. She hopes that it will encourage a quest for more knowledge that results in enlightenment and understanding. She dedicates the book “to all women who have struggled against obstacles and have persevered for all humanity.”
