Edgenet Earns Silver Stevie Award at 2016 American Business Awards

Nashville SaaS provider Edgenet honored for excellence in customer service


Edgenet is one of four Tennessee companies, and one of only two Nashville-based companies, to be named a 2016 American Business Award winner.

Leading Nashville SaaS provider software company Edgenet was recently presented with a Silver “Stevie® Award” for Customer Service Department of the Year at the 14th annual American Business Awards.
Edgenet received its silver accolade in the “Customer Service Department of the Year ­– Computer Software – less than 100 employees” category for its superior customer services initiatives implemented in 2015.
“For us, customer service is more than just providing a ticket number or a hotline—it’s about building long-lasting relationships that ensure our customers get the most out of our technology,” said Edgenet CEO Steve Proctor. “Each and every individual in this company took part in implementing these customer service initiatives, so we are especially thrilled to receive this American Business Award.”
The American Business Awards are the nation’s premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the U.S.A. are eligible to submit nominations – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small. 
More than 3,400 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories.
