About the Author

Mihaela S. Hegstrom received her degree in mechanical engineering and teaching certificate from the University for Civil Engineers, Department of Mechanical Engineering, in Bucharest, Romania. She began writing poetry sporadically in high school and, later, more consistently as an adult. Later in 1979, she and her family relocated to the United States. She published her second book, The Mysteries of My Soul, last January 2016.

Currently, Mihaela works as a substitute teacher at a local high school. She has also published a first volume of poems entitled Praises in the Storm. Her great desire is to invest in this gift to bear fruit according to the will of God.
