Author Marc McGowan recently published his second novel, A Fox’s Lament, this year. This work of fiction tells the story of Jon Fox, a powerful being, who becomes heaven’s greatest weapon in the war against all evil. But then he meets a more powerful and sinister being that puts him in a dilemma between choosing to save humanity or his great love.
His first book, published in 2010, had garnered several positive reviews from readers online. With the goal to gain a larger readership for his novels, especially for his latest release, McGowan has appointed LitFire Publishing – one of the leading self-publishing companies and book marketers in Georgia – to promote his work at the upcoming Frankfurt International Book Fair (FIBF) 2015, wherein they are going to exhibit a collection of books and advertisements from various self-published authors.

About the Author
Marc McGowan is a college professor and a youth counselor for Kane County Court Services in his native land Aurora, Illinois. McGowan has obtained a Bachelor of Arts in both Sociology and Criminal Justice and has a master’s of social work degree. He has published two novels, A Fox’s Choice and A Fox’s Lament. In his spare time he enjoys martial arts and model racing.
