About the Author

Brian Cook is a retired lieutenant of the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office who worked for over fourteen years in the supervisory field. He received many awards and honors during his over twenty-five-year career.

Cook is affiliated with a lot of writing networks and groups. Hands Across the Sea is Cook’s debut novel. He presently resides with his wife, Dauphne, in Antioch, California.
