Political Thriller Book Showcased in International Book Fair

The Pursuer is the second fiction book written by James Welch. In this action-packed story, a priest fights for his beliefs and his life after creating a new Catholic order and surviving a terrorist attack.

Michael Kintner was the only one who survived the bombing of the Sistine Chapel. The case was a result of the war between Islam and Christianity, and it took the life of the pope and hundreds of worshippers. Since the incident, Kintner was on the run from forces of all kinds: private, government, and religious. Kintner is a Jesuit priest and leader of a new Catholic military order. The book follows his exploit in escaping his pursuers.

The book reimagines a ruthless and archaic struggle at the cost of innocent lives. However, “the book speaks to all we aspire: loyalty, courage, honor, and respect,” an Amazon reviewer says. About the Author
James Welch is a writer who also has spent time as a military officer, intelligence operative, and NASA scientist. He has written several technical books and a few works of fiction.
