For over twenty-five years, Dr. Arthur E. Puotinen has served as a dean or president in four Lutheran colleges. He has pastoral experiences in five Lutheran congregations in Illinois and Michigan. Presently, he lives in Elgin, Illinois, with his wife, Carol.
