“When we started back in 2011 is was very difficult for us because the market still had not quite rebounded like it has now. However, with hard work we managed to acquire a steady base of customers that always keeps coming back to us and recommending their friends. In order to celebrate the 5th anniversary of our locksmith business we are offering free key cutting services.” says Daryl Uberoi president of San Antonio Locksmith Pro’s.

San Antonio Locksmith Pro’s is celebrating five years of successful business. To celebrate their 5 year anniversary they are offering free key cutting services for the whole month of March 2016 to the residents of San Antonio Texas.

Daryl Uberoi the president of San Antonio Locksmith Pro’s insists that everyone should have spare keys cut. He emphasizes how spare keys can save the residents of San Antonio from unnecessary stress and the headache of worrying about losing their keys because living in a big city is already stressful enough he says.

In just the last 5 years San Antonio Locksmith Pro’s has grown their locksmith business to include 5 locksmith vans and a staff of customer service representatives totaling 10 employed staff members. With nearly 30 locksmith calls a day pouring in and a crew of certified locksmith technicians running around the city of San Antonio we asked Daryl Uberoi how he has been able to grow his business into what it is today in such a short amount of time.

“Organization is key; from the customer service representatives answering the phone, to the technicians on the road we have streamlined the whole process from start to finish to be as efficient as possible. This allows our employees to focus solely on what they are best at.” says Daryl Uberoi.

This weekend at the offices of San Antonio Locksmith Pro’s there will be a private anniversary party held for the staff to celebrate this mile stone. San Antonio Locksmith will be taking the day off to enjoy cake, soda pop and pizza. After the anniversary party the staff will enjoy a day at the miniature golf course where the winner will receive 2 days off and a $100 gift certificate to Boot World.

For the last 5 years many of the staff members have been working 50-60 hour work weeks to accommodate the marketplace. Needless to say the staff do appear weary.

“The anniversary party is going to be a lot of fun. The dedicated staff needs the break. We have all been non-stop since we started in 2011”. We are still in the process of expanding and definitely need to hire more staff to alleviate the pressure these guys have on them. says Daryl Uberoi.

For the month of March 2016 San Antonio Locksmith Pro’s is inviting the residents of the area to take advantage of their buy one key get a spare key cut for free offer. For more information about this special promotion for March 2016 you can visit their website here.
