Magical Wings follows the adventures of two caterpillar sisters, Khalia and Ella, who desired to go back home after being blown away by a thunderstorm to an unfamiliar land.
As the sisters embark on a journey, they face one challenge after another, and they meet new friends. Khalia and Ella meet friends who can soar into the sky and see the world above, and friends who can swim the depths of the seas.
The book reflects Bobby Sherman’s passion for writing children’s books. He expressed, “I have written a children’s book for the ages 5 through 10 years old… My passion for writing children’s books is created with love and joy.”
Magical Wings is the first out of three tales about Khalia and Ella’s magical adventures. While kids will enjoy the colorful pictures and the little crossword puzzle, they will be equipped with positive character traits that will help them face their challenges and reach their dreams. In Magical Wings, Bobby Sherman imparts the importance of sisterhood, friendship, cooperation, and understanding.
The book was showcased at the 2015 Frankfurt Book Fair, which took place last October 14 to 18 and was also featured at the 2015 Guadalajara International Book Fair, which was held in Guadalajara, Mexico last November 28 – December 6. The event was held at Expo Guadalajara exhibition center.

About the Author
Bobby Sherman was born in Worcester, Massachusetts. He received a bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy, with a minor in Psychology, from the University of Miami. Sherman also has an Associate’s Degree in Web Design from the International Academy of Design and Technology. He loves to support several advocacies: animal welfare, human rights, education, science and technology, etc.
