Logic PD’s Jason Voiovich to Speak on Digital Organizational Culture at Frost & Sullivan Executive MindXchange

Minneapolis – WEBWIRE

Logic PD, a complete product lifecycle solutions company for the digital world, today announced that Chief Customer Officer, Jason Voiovich, will participate as a speaker at Frost & Sullivan’s 10th Anniversary New Product Innovation and Development Executive MindXchange in San Diego, Calif. on January 11-13, 2016.

In his session, “Digital products? You need a digital organizational culture,” Voiovich will explore the steps companies need to take to shift their organizational culture to support new growth in the Internet of Things (IoT). As connected technology continues to change the way products are designed, developed, sold and supported it is imperative to consider the impact on internal stakeholders.

In this interactive ThinkTank session held Jan. 12 at 2:10 p.m., Voiovich will help attendees identify different types of organizational cultures and how to leverage their strengths and mitigate their weaknesses as they consider launching connected products.

“There has truly never been a better time for companies to connect products and capture value in the digital world,” explained Voiovich. “But the complexity of bringing a digital product to market requires not only a shift in your strategy, but also a shift in organizational culture to implement that strategy successfully.”

Key takeaways from Voiovich’s presentation will include:

  • Identifying organizational structure and its digital strengths and weaknesses;
  • How to review the key impacts of a digital offering on different parts of an organizational structure in the short, medium, and long term;
  • How to develop a framework for a digital culture action plan based on an organizational structure.

Additionally, Voiovich will be hosting a roundtable entitled “The E-Business of IoT: When will connected devices be the next holiday craze?” on Jan. 12 at 1:00 p.m. In this networking session, attendees will discuss predictions for 2016 and beyond on when and how IoT will transform the holiday season.

The focus of Frost & Sullivan’s Growth, Innovation and Leadership event is on engaging, sharing, and inspiring a continuous flow of new ideas and fresh perspectives leveraging innovation as a resource to address global challenges.
