Joven Lubina Joins the HeiLu Team as Sales and Operations Consultant

Seeking a need in operational support, HeiLu recently recruited Joven Lubina as Sales and Operations Consultant. With over 15 years in the industry, Joven will be responsible for quoting projects, submitting bid pricing, working closely with the design team and placing orders, as HeiLu experiences rapid growth within the company.
 
“I am very excited and honored to be a part of Team HeiLu,” explained Joven Lubina. “The mix of “timing” and the right opportunity presented itself and I grasped it. I know we are on the brink of something very special and by working with A++ team members, I know we can accomplish anything.”  
 
Prior to HeiLu, Joven worked as a Project Manager and Furniture Coordinator for many accounts within the San Diego area, similar to what he will now be doing for HeiLu. Joven was responsible for all the steps required in getting a project quoted, furniture sourcing, ordered, tracked, scheduled and billed. His most memorable project was Zynga Headquarters in San Francisco. He was able to meet the clients move-in date by quickly setting up programing sessions with department heads and satisfying the needs of each department’s requests.  The end result was a fun gaming atmosphere and a beautiful space.
 
The one piece of advice Joven always gives his clients is to make more time for the design process to accommodate all the requests and specific needs of the departments. Doing this, he says, will save time on the back end once the project is completed. His biggest accomplishment was graduating from a prestigious college and moving to San Diego to begin his adventure in the design industry.
