Lita Dirks, Owner of Lita Dirks & Co., Honored with 2015 Denver MAME Legends Award

At this year’s Denver MAME Awards, taking place on October 3 at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts, Lita Dirks, owner of Lita Dirks & Co., will be presented with the Legends Award. The award, given annually by The Denver Home Builders Association Sales and Marketing Council, honors design, marketing and sales professionals whose participation in the home building industry has contributed significantly to the success of builders through innovation, leadership and performance excellence. Doris Pearlman, president of Possibilities for Design Inc., will also be receiving a Legends Award.

With more than 30 years in the industry, Dirks and her company have continuously delivered innovative and award-winning interior merchandising designs. Clients and designers alike gravitate towards the energy, creativity and passion she displays for each project. Her long standing professional relationships are anchored by her profound care and dedication towards her clients and employees.

Additionally, Dirks’ work and professionalism has been acknowledged with the William “Bill” Molster Award, the highest recognition for work within the National Sales and Marketing Council, as well as the President’s Award for her outstanding service two years in a row from the Institute of Residential Marketing. She is also a key contributor on multiple boards such as the National Sales and Marketing Council, Institute of Residential Marketing Council, 50+ Council and Design Committee.
