TestAmerica Laboratories, Inc. recognizes 50 years of service from Matt Lardy

TestAmerica Laboratories, Inc., a leader in laboratory support services to the Department of Energy and the Nuclear Power Industry, congratulates Matt Lardy on 50 years of service at the Richland, Washington Laboratory.
 
Mr. Lardy has dedicated much of his working career to the disciplines of radiochemistry and radiobioassay analysis.  He has worked in both technical and managerial areas from bench chemist to supervisor, technical director and laboratory director.  He has served as Chairperson and participated in various work groups and committees for the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), and the Health Physics Society (HPS).  His expertise, particularly in radiobioassay for nuclear workers, has been valuable on a national level through his participation in various standards working groups and the development of radiochemistry, radiobioassay and counting room methods for trace levels of radioactive materials.  Mr. Lardy currently serves as the Technical Advisor for the Richland laboratory, while continuing his work with various national standards committees.
