FantasyData CEO to speak at the Daily Fantasy Sports Expo in Miami Beach on August 6-7

Ticonderoga Ventures, Inc. announces that the FantasyData will speak at the Daily Fantasy Sports Expo ( www.dfse.net )on August 6-7, 2015 at the Miami Beach Convention Center.
 
Scott Gimpel, CEO of FantasyData will speak on a panel covering lower cost sports statistics for fantasy sports operators.  Scott is excited about the opportunity to meet daily fantasy sports professionals in an industry where most business is conducted remotely.  A lot of startups don’t know their options for real time data feeds, and he is looking to fill in the blanks.  While FantasyData is primarily a sports data provider, but they’ve recently been adding DFS specific content, such as player salaries from FanDuel and DraftKings, due to overwhelming demand by clients who specialize lineup optimization tools.

The fantasy sports industry has grown substantially from 2004 in 2015.  In addition to its exempt status under the United States federal law and the recent advent of daily fantasy sports (known as “DFS”) has brought a faster growth rate.  With new players attracted to the market over the last 2 years, some fantasy sports leagues are experiencing double digit growth monthly.
 
The conference is for Fantasy Sports operators and executives to discuss the business of DFS.
