Tanya Millage Joins Ascent Real Estate Management Corporation As Managing Broker/General Manager – Strata Division

Ascent Real Estate Management Corporation (Ascent) is pleased to announce that Tanya Millage will be joining Ascent as Managing Broker/General Manager – Strata Division.
 
Tanya joins Ascent most recently from First Service Residential, where she served as Senior Regional Director. With three regional directors and nine direct strata agents reports, Tanya was responsible for strata operations including recruitment and training of new strata agents, client acquisition and retention, and providing leadership and support to the strata agent team.
 
Prior to joining First Service, Tanya was the General Manager of Baywest Management and has over fourteen years’ experience as a strata manager.
