Adesso Advanced Materials signs strategic cooperation agreement with First Element Nanotech Co., Ltd.

Adesso Advanced Materials and First Element Nanotech today signed a Memorandum of Understanding in Shanghai for the co-development of green nano-composites.

Adesso Advanced Materials and First Element Nanotech today signed a Memorandum of
Understanding in Shanghai.
 
Under the agreement, the two parties will strengthen cooperation in most advanced environment-friendly nano-composite technology. The two companies will reinforce cooperation in products and services, sharing of knowledge and best practice, in order to achieve greater economies of scope and sustainable development by giving play to respective strengths and providing priority support for each other.
 
Under the agreement, Adesso Advance Materials will give priority to First Element Nanochem whisker carbon nanotube products when considering reinforce components for Adesso recyclable epoxy resin. In return First Element Nanotech will align with Adesso as a Strategic Customer and give priority to Adesso when providing products and relevant support. First Element Nanochem will also supply engineering support to Adesso for developing China nano-composite market as part of the relationship.
 
The agreement also allows for joint research and development in new technology projects in the areas of environment-friendly nano-composites.
