After 13 years of working with hundreds of singles, engaged, and married couples ñ teaching them how to make their relationships work, Heath Wiggins, founder of the Family Bootcamp, identified an epidemic that’s affecting the core foundation of relationships in the United States: women don’t feel secure in trusting men to lead in their relationships.
 
After earning a Business Management degree from Hampton University in 1992,Heath spent the next eight years learning about relationship and marriage dynamics in his local church. He and his wife of 3 years, BerNadette, found their niche mentoring couples. They led the churches Couples Ministry. Life circumstances called for Heath to be a better husband and leader. He asked his mentors, but they didn’t have the answers to the life’s questions.
