The TNS Choice Awards recognize financial institutions that are the best among their peers in acquiring, retaining and developing customers. TNS conducted interviews with more than 30,000 consumers across the United States to determine their top selections.
“In today’s economy, achieving growth requires gaining significant market share and Chase attracted more new customers in the United States than any other bank last year. And because of service improvements in recent years, Chase customers are now more satisfied, enjoy a more consistently good experience, and stay with Chase longer,” said Joe Hagan, Senior Vice President of multi-client programs at TNS and Manager of the TNS Choice Awards.
