Celebrating more than 50 years as Canada’s national graphics and printing show, Graphics Canada offers attendees new information covering the entire spectrum of the graphics market including printing and integrated communications.

Fujifilm’s ‘Win More Work’ themed booth will engage attendees with live demonstrations of the Acuity Select HS, a high speed flatbed inkjet press, delivering all of the market-leading image quality, performance and reliability benefits of the Acuity Series. The Acuity Select HS is ideal for graphic display, POP, sign shops, commercial photo labs and offset printers.

Additionally on the show floor, attendees will find the Acuity LED 1600, a versatile wide format inkjet press featuring LED curing with optimized fast-curing UV-LED Uvijet ink. The Acuity LED 1600 produces groundbreaking image quality on both roll and rigid stocks, and features 8-colors, including white and clear ink, for creating special effects for signs, graphic displays, as well as packaging and label applications.

Interactive stations will also be available within Fujifilm booth # 1200, showcasing new Fujifilm innovations to help printers win more work.  Fujifilm experts will be on hand to demonstrate workflow and color management software, review features and benefits of the latest production inkjet, wide format and packaging equipment, as well as the innovative offset and flexo platemaking systems.

Highlights include High speed and integrated workflow: Fujifilm XMF. A highly capable workflow system based on JDF specifications and Adobe APPE technology; the powerful and flexible production hub of XMF Workflow offers an impressive set of capabilities in pre-flighting, color management, imposition and screening for a variety of output devices.

Another station will focus on Color Management in the Cloud: ColorPath Sync. Featuring a suite of state-of-the-art cloud-based color management tools which align output devices to designated color targets, ColorPath Sync incorporates optimized color correction and a simple, step-by-step interface to achieve industry-leading results in creating and maintaining color output device alignments.

Additional workstations will highlight technology in production inkjet and offset innovations, including the Fujifilm J Press 720S, a second-generation B2 sheet-fed digital inkjet press. Attendees interested in flexo, inkjet and hybrid packaging will learn more about the Graphium, a high-speed digital UV inkjet press for label and packaging; while stunning wide format display graphics will be available from the Inca Onset series of UV flatbed presses.

As the show opens on Thursday, April 16th attendees will not want to miss the “Digital Manufacturing Technology” panel on the show floor, Hall 2, from 1:30 pm – 3 pm, EST, as Fujifilm joins other industry representatives in sharing insights and providing a wealth of innovative information regarding technologies in digital manufacturing. At 3 pm, EST, in the ‘Innovations Theatre’ on the show floor, Hall 2, Fujifilm will present “Flatbed Printing – An Innovative Future,” focusing on best-practices on how to select a flatbed printer that meets print provider needs. 

On Friday, April 17th, day two of the show, attendees will want to return to Hall 2, as Fujifilm will join the ”Hybrid Digital Print Machines” panel, from 12:30 pm – 1:15 pm, EST, and engage in a discussion about hybrid printing. This panel is part of an all-new area for 2015 at Graphics Canada, part of the ‘Label/Flexo/Packaging Conference’ co-located on the show floor.

Also on Friday, from 2:30 pm to 3:15 pm, EST, attendees are invited to Fujifilm’s “Harvest more with Hybrid Printing” presentation, in the ‘Innovations Theatre’ in Hall 2, allowing for a more in-depth discussion on hybrid printing.
