Colorado Springs, Colo., March 3, 2015 –– CodeBaby, an award-winning provider of interactive virtual assistant technology, will be joining industry leaders at the Private Exchange Forum, March 31 – April 1 in Dallas, Texas. CodeBaby Chief Strategy Officer, Paul Smith, will participate in Panel Session 103 titled “Engagement and Decision Support Considerations for Private Exchanges.”

In a 2013 Accenture survey of 2,000 consumers, 87 percent of respondents said that decision support tools were an important feature of a private exchange, and a majority identified them as critical. Private exchanges need to offer highly personalized experiences with data-driven insights that help consumers find the best health plan and voluntary benefits for their lifestyle.
