First Capital Cashflow and Boldfield launch landmark Direct Debit solution

This solution will enable companies to import their Direct Debit CSV file into Sage and will automatically allocate receipts to the customer reference number, invoice number and value of the transaction within the accounting system. Import Data - For Paids and Represented: The sales receipt is posted as a payment on an account and allocated against the invoice.

For Unpaids and Represented Unpaids: This is recorded in the customer’s memo history, so they have a record of the unpaid transaction.

For Indemnities Claimed: A Sales Payment is posted to reverse the initial payment made.

Batch Upload - Seamless integration without user intervention.

Data Validation and On-Screen Totals - Our solution can verify the import totals; paid, unpaid, represented, represented unpaid and indemnity claimed prior to importing, enabling comparison and control to the external system.

Create Import Templates - The file structure will automatically default to the Sage 50 standard CSV import.

Aids processing in Sage 50 - Receipt automatically allocated on posting.
