Dr. John (Jay) Jackson trusted Christ as Savior in 1971. In 1972, he began working with Wales Goebel, an evangelist who had a burden to reach young people with the gospel and disciple them. Jay’s ministry transitioned from just youth to adults in the early 1980s. He began a biblical counseling ministry, which includes teaching, training, and discipleship. Jay currently serves as the executive director of this organization, which is called now Grace Solutions International. He graduated from Southeastern Bible College in 1972 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Christian education. In 2001, Jay received a Master of Arts degree in Christian counseling from Luther Rice Seminary. He received his doctorate in 2008 from Master’s International School of Divinity in biblical studies. Jay has also served as pastor of McCalla Bible Church since 2004.
