hub:raum welcomes its ninth investment with the flexperto team. flexperto provides an Internet-supported software solution with which companies in consultancy-intensive sectors will also be able to sell and provide their services online in the future. Benefits for the customer: In the future, you will be able to contact your personal insurance consultant, banking adviser, interpreter, doctor, private tutor, etc. from anywhere in the world directly by video chat.
“We have developed web-based software that goes far beyond classic video conference systems, and we aim to establish it as standard software for online consultancy. With hub:raum and Telekom as partners at our side, we will certainly take great strides towards that goal,” explains Felix Anthonj, the CEO and founder of flexperto.
“With flexperto, hub:raum is expanding to include a great team. E-service solutions for consultancy-intensive sectors have great potential because the demand for such simple and rapidly integrated solutions is constantly increasing,” says Peter Borchers, the founder and head of hub:raum.
flexperto is a modularly constructed “Software-as-a-Service” model. It combines everything that companies require for the digital transformation of their consultancy services in order to meet the growing demands from customers: deadline management, video communication, billing, and customer management. Thus flexperto enables not only additional revenue through new customers, but also more intensive support for existing customers via the Internet-based service channel.
Roger Bendisch, CEO of IBB Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, adds: “Thanks to its strong focus on information and data security, flexperto is also well suited to confidential online communication and thus is also particularly relevant to the telemedicine area.”
Interested companies can test the software free of charge via www.flexperto.com or familiarize themselves in detail during a live demo after a brief consultation with the company.
