3VR to Showcase Innovative Retail Solutions at the NRF BIG Show 2015

VisionPoint™ Dashboard: Gathering data from video using strategically-placed cameras in the store, the VisionPoint Dashboard compiles interactive reports for cloud-based, real-time customer insights. An array of retail analytics such as traffic analysis, age and gender analysis, shopping time, and heatmaps allow merchants to capture shopper interest at every touch point. Combined with contextual data such as POS, retailers can gather information on conversion rate and generate business value.

VisionPoint ™ Queue Management software: Available in two packages, store managers can improve sales performance and customer satisfaction with 3VR’s powerful Queue Management application. The Predictive Queue Management package for real-time analysis helps retailers monitor customer lines and determine the optimal number of cashiers needed to immediately reduce wait times. The Queue Analysis package for post-analysis shows data such as Average Wait Time, Average Queue Size, and Queue Flow Rate Analysis. Managers can use this information to optimize staffing decisions and improve overall store operations.
